With the recent spread of COVID-19 medac Pharma has made some changes to how we work.
Staff welfare is of utmost importance to us and we are following government advice to ensure their safety. Details of our policy and how it will affect customers are listed below.
As of Monday 23rd March, all medac Pharma staff will be asked to work remotely and all work related travel has been cancelled.
Our office staff are still on hand and are ready to answer any enquiries by both phone and email.
We are also able to answer any enquiries sent though the Contact Us page on the website as normal;

Our sales team are still working and are available to contact through the usual channels. Appointments and training can be carried out remotely by both video calls and telephone.

Stocks and customer orders
At present, we do not foresee any interruptions in supply for our medicinal products because of the coronavirus COVID-19.
To ensure this continues to be the case, the manufacturer, medac GmbH have set up preventative measures and a purchasing and production strategy:
- medac has prepared itself carefully to protect employees and supply chain
- medac operates its own production sites in Central Europe and the goods transport within Europe is not limited up to now
- Generally, medac has more than one supplier for the intermediate products used for its medicinal products,
- medac has sufficient stocks of all intermediate products so that fluctuations in supply will not cause immediate shortages.
