Our normal enquiry service is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. However we do offer an emergency service outside these hours for urgent enquiries.

At medac, we continually collate information about side effects in order to monitor the benefit risk balance of each medication throughout its marketing lifecycle, and if necessary, can take action to better protect patient safety.
